In order to receive academic leave, an application must be submitted in the study information system Tahvel, where the reason for applying must be indicated.
According to our school's rules for the organisation of studies, it is not possible to go on leave before and during the exam session (except for exceptional and unexpected health reasons).
In order to terminate academic leave early, an application must also be submitted in Tahvel. For a regular termination, the learning information system will make the relevant change automatically. However, the Academic Affairs Department must be notified of returning from the leave.

If possible, add the name of the teacher with whom you wish to continue your studies. The change is coordinated by the specialty department, who will also find a new teacher, if necessary.

An elective can be opted out of after the first two lessons unless otherwise agreed upon in the organisational principles of the subject.
After the mentioned ‘trial period’, the student is obliged to complete the subject, and the result of this affects the consolidated view of the study results and the receipt of study allowance.

In order to abandon your studies, you must do the following:
Submit a corresponding application in Tahvel and include the reason for interrupting your studies.
Ask the school library for the assets circular to collect signatures from the security desk, the creative laboratory, the library, and the specialist teacher (piano, singing, choral conducting, music theory, and composition students do not need a signature from a specialty teacher). The signatures confirm that the student will not keep any of the school’s assets.
Once the above has been completed, the student will be deleted from the school’s list within one month.

Yes, it is possible. To find a suitable group, you should contact the Academic Affairs Department. As a rule, you can transfer between similar solfège or harmony level groups. Transfer to a lower-level group is based on the proposal of the teacher in coordination with the Academic Affairs Department. In the event of a transfer, it is also important to inform your current subject teacher about the change.
