The library collection at Heino Eller Tartu Music College is curated in alignment with the school’s curricula. The entire collection is accessible on open shelves.

It is also possible to listen to all CDs and a selection of vinyl records outside the library using a TMK account. You can find the URL of the CD or vinyl record in the RIKS database

Readers have access to four computers and two listening stations.

From the library, it is possible to borrow iPad Pro 12.9 (2017) tablets (12 sets in total, optional accessories available) as well as ThinkPad L480 (6 pcs) and Thinkpad T470 (2 pcs) laptops, which are equipped with software, including Avidi Sibelius.

Furthermore, the library offers the option to borrow headphones, metronomes and microphones.

The library’s readership primarily consists of teachers and students of Heino Eller Tartu Music College, but also includes musicians and music enthusiasts from outside the school.

As of December 2004, all items (textbooks, books, musical scores, audiovisual items) have been catalogued in the online library program URRAM. Since November 2012, we have implemented the RIKS library program.
